Performance

• Production Capacity: Prepares gelato for 8 to 10 people (up to 800g) in just 20-25 minutes.
• Consistency Maintenance: Ice cream can be kept in the machine for approximately 10-20 minutes after preparation. Before serving, the motor can be restarted for a few minutes to restore the ideal consistency and smoothness.
• Recommended Capacity: The machine is designed for a maximum of 800g of mixture. Overfilling may cause overflow and negatively affect the final texture. Do not fill the bowl more than half full to allow for volume increase during churning.
